It was for us an evidence, the practice dancewear needed a touch of glam, versatility and community. Why buying an apparel that you would only wear in the studio? So we designed our sets to be resistant, trendy, easy to wear and which would look as good bare feet, with trainers or high heels! Each of our creations speak for themselves, full of charm and stories to tell. We wanted to celebrate us all and to create collaboration opportunities with like-minded entrepreneurs here in Egypt.

 I just love it! Since I was a child, I've always been creating new clothing items sewing and exploring garment construction in every way. 3youni is the perfect opportunity to apply my passion for fashion and to build partnerships with female-led small businesses here in my new home Cairo, Egypt. It is important to us to maintain holistic, fair, and impactful business practices especially supporting the local economy. Growing this project is exciting, it is a dream come true to bring to life inclusive, stunning and versatile Dancewear collections!

Member of the National Folklore troupe of Egypt - as well as other offshoot troupes, dancing and representing my culture as an Egyptian as always been and still is today my outmost pride.

Retiring from the stages did not mean that I would retire from the world of dance, I am now pursuing my parallel career as a tailor and creator with 3youni. 

My father was himself a tailor and early on I entered the field with the need of costumes and accessories creations for folklore and tanoura performances. Over the years, I expanded my activities opening my atelier 'El Agouz' and providing larger scale costumes for a variety of productions. 

3youni and I work hand in hand in designing the outmost creative training outfit for dancers, we source with great care suppliers and artisans all over Egypt.

Seeing our items and Egyptian craft being worn and valued around the world is the best feeling.
